Vintage Cartier Tank LC Watch Black

This model is characterised by a very open rectangular dial and by the elegant rounded corners to the gold case. Known at its creation in 1922 as The Tank “À Bords Arrondis” (with rounded edges) it was dubbed the Tank LC or Tank Louis Cartier from 1924. This watch is dated to 1930s, one of 48 watches made in Paris at this time.

-Silvered dial signed Cartier France with radial black Roman numerals and blued 'Breguet" hands with inner minute track Chemin de Fer. 
-A beaded winder with sapphire cabochon. 
-Dial: cleaned and reprinted, 18kt yellow gold face. 
Dimensions: 23.1mm width, 30.5mm length, 6.1mm depth.
