All orders are safely delivered using DHL excluding art and furniture where specialist shipping companies will be used to ensure items are securely packaged and transported. After checkout you may be charged an additional fee based on the shippers final quote. If this is the case we will contact you to process the surcharge or refund for any excess as quickly as possible. Shipping times will be quoted for individual orders.

UK, Germany and France: 1-2 Days
Rest of Europe: 1-3 Days
US: 1-3 Days
Rest of the World: 2-6+ Days

Alex Eagle Studio offers in store pick up for all orders placed online by selecting 'pick up' as the delivery method. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be collected. Please bring your order confirmation email and photo ID when you collect your order.
We will endeavour to process all orders ready for pick up within 48 hours Monday to Friday excluding holidays and weekends. All orders placed after 2pm Friday to Sunday will be processed the following week.
Pick up is available Monday to Friday 11am-6pm from Alex Eagle Studio, 6-10 Lexington Street, W1F 0LB, Soho, London, UK.

Please note complimentary shipping is applicable on all domestic orders over £500 except for items which include Art & Furniture.
Returns & Exchanges
To return a purchase or request an exchange, please firstly notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt.
We can only accept original, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with their original tags attached. Beauty items, works of art, select home goods and bespoke or personalised items are not eligible for return.
Alex Eagle Studio reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy and may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
We ask that you initiate your return as follows:
- Request a Return Authorisation (RA) number by emailing email@example.com with your order number, name of item(s) you would like to return and the reason why the item(s) did not work out
- You will then receive a RA number and instructions
- Return the item(s) in the original shipping box or an alternative secure box
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund duties and taxes paid.
Damaged or Defective Item
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping and duty fees are non-refundable.
